Philosophical Musings

Death. Quite the morbid topic, but it does tend to be a very important topic and one that everyone will eventually think about. There has been so much death in the world, too much for my liking.

While I do not like to think of my own death and that I will one day die; I can’t help but form an opinion of what death really is.

One philosopher, the great Albus Dumbledore (yes, I know he is a fictional character, but of merit none the less) says that death is just another great adventure.

Yet another philosopher, the genius Stewie Griffin has this to say:

Now from these two philosophies and many others, I have concluded that while physically you may die, you will always live on through the individuals you connect with while alive.

And how do we really know that there isn’t life after death? Has anyone ever come back to tell us what goes on?

Whether you believe the philosophy of the great Albus Dumbledore and Stewie Griffin or some other great (and legitimate) philosopher, please remember that no one really knows when their time is up, so cherish you seconds as if they were the last.
